CELEBRITY ALERT: Check out the No. 8 contract. The apartment is owned by Barbara Corcoran, of real estate and Shark Tank fame. Her duplex penthouse co-op at 1158 Fifth, asking $12 million, sold in a day. Sources say it went over the asking price with multiple bidders.
